Job Description:

We are seeking an Outbound Sales Virtual Assistant with an Australian accent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential clients in Australia, handling sales inquiries, identifying and qualifying leads, following up with leads to move them through the sales pipeline, and closing deals. Additionally, providing excellent customer service and support to clients is a key aspect of this role.


  • Native Australian Accent: Must have a native Australian accent for effective communication.
  • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in outbound sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to persuade and close deals over the phone.
  • Target-Driven: Motivated by targets and able to consistently achieve sales goals.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different situations and handle objections effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to accurately record information and follow up on leads.
  • Owner Mindset: Demonstrated understanding of business goals and ability to work towards achieving them.
  • Results-Oriented: Focus on achieving results rather than just completing activities
